Hello, my name is Mary-Claire Marshall. I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Alabama with over 12 years of experience working in community mental health and higher education settings. I have experience working with children & adolescents, individuals, and families and my passion is helping individuals become a whole person in all aspects of life.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I believe that therapy is most productive when you have the freedom to direct growth. My approach combines a family systems lens with client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, somatic, and integrative therapies dependent upon the client's specific needs. I enjoy incorporating your strengths, interests, and activities into a plan of care.

I have experience working with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, family concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, traumatic experiences, grief, and coping with stress. I believe it is a sacred space to sit with others in their moments of pain, and I’d be honored to join you in this process. I look forward to meeting you!
