I am a mental health counselor licensed in Ohio and Kentucky with 5 years experience working with clients with a wide range of needs including, depression, anxiety, substance use problems and posttraumatic stress disorder. My counseling style is very client centered. I work with each client individually to create goals for better mental health tailored to them. I focus on engaging clients in Positive Psychology, helping each one discover their own strengths to help them overcome their struggles. I believe in the power of the individual to overcome obstacles and strongly believe that better mental health begins with finding positives in every day life.

I understand how difficult it is to take the first step to a better future, especially when you feel lost or broken down. It is possible to find the light in darkness and I am here to help you find it when you are ready to move forward.
