Hi,

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 16 years of experience in group and individual settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, OCD, and ADHD. Much of my work has been in trauma recovery, especially with clients recovering from incest and/or sexual assault.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. Building trust requires me to treat clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach mostly combines these therapies: cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, rational-emotive, and client-centered. Each session will be tailored to meet your specific needs.

It takes courage to take the first step toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I promise to regularly monitor your personal page to respond back to you in a timely manner. As a rule, I tell clients to expect a response within 48 hours. That may seem like a long time, but it will be useful for me to have additional time to think about and research an answer. And we can always schedule additional live sessions if necessary. This whole process is built around your comfort and convenience. Remember, if it's not helping you, there are other recourses, such as switching therapists. It's important that we click.
