I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, licensed in Ohio, with over 30 years of counseling experience mental health and school settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, ADHD, anxiety, stress, and life changes. Working through these issues provides the opportunity for personal growth.
The therapy I provide is client centered, integrating approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Our work will be active and individual, catered to your individual needs. We will discuss your concerns and then develop priorities and a plan, working together to achieve your goals.
