Hi! So glad you're here. When we go through difficult times in our lives, it’s often our first instinct to want to escape… whether through temporary “feel goods” of our choice, by doing our best to stay busy enough to take our minds off of things, or by descending into destructive, dark thought patterns, just to name a few. It’s so important to to recognize these patterns and learn to approach difficulties differently without feeling the need to escape. When you’re empowered with belief in yourself… that you CAN and WILL make it through the tough times as you have before… It’s like a switch flips. The difficulties may not have changed, but YOU have. It's my mission and honor to walk with you through this journey.
