I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania for 8 years of experience working as a mental health and substance abuse counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma and grief.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am passionate about helping people in need of help. I strive to help my clients find their own strength to overcome their issues. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and client centered therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I am also half American and Japanese. Therefore, I speak both languages fluently. If anyone is in need of counseling in Japanese, please do not hesitate to contact me.
