Welcome; my name is Mary Bass. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia. With support, I hope to provide a supportive and empathetic environment for you to establish and meet your goals to manage daily stress, anxiety, and depression. I utilized a client and strengths-based technique for solution-focused and cognitive behavioral-based approaches. Through identifying and working towards goals for therapy, together we will work to assist with improving skills for daily life, managing anxiety, stress, and depression, and developing skills in other areas that you may want to improve.
