Hello!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 10 years of professional work experience providing individual and group support for personal and professional growth and change. I have a Ph.D. In Clinical Psychology. In addition to my clinical background and expertise, I also have experience with organizational change and executive coaching.

My experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and children. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, coping with life changes, work-related stressors, the unique challenges that families with a family member who has a disability face, and executive and professional coaching. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I try to meet people "where they are", mindful of the unique ways we show up in the world. I will tailor our conversations and work together with you to meet your individual goals and specific needs. I work collaboratively with people in sessions that have a comfortable, conversational style, moving at your pace to heal, move forward in your life, or recalibrate. I can help you learn new strategies and identify the existing strengths you already have that will help address issues, problems, and things you want to change. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
