I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 30 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and sexuality issues.

My counseling style is respectful and affirming. You have experienced judgment in your life, and I am here to be supportive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, and existential theory, believing you have the answers within you. I just help you find them.

I will work with you to define goals and issues, and to communicate with you in a way that is helpful.

I am available at unscheduled times throughout the day for chat (times and amount of time vary), and by appointment on my calendar. If you need a time outside my calendar appointments, PLEASE contact me. My schedule has changed due to other commitments. I may be able to see you only every other week.
