I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut with 21 years of professional work experience. I offer a supportive compassionate place to help clients cope with the challenges of life which can be difficult and overwhelming at times. We all face bumps in the road and I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you to help you reach a place of peace. I have experience with grief and loss, anxiety and stress related to life changes. Reaching out takes courage and I am honored to be present in this space with you.
