I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with 24 years of experience in private practice and community counseling, and I am passionate about my work. I have excellent diagnostic and treatment skills using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and many other modalities in an eclectic, client-centered approach. I have success treating families, couples, and individuals with depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorders, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, ADHD, stress, and many other behavioral, emotional, and mental conditions. I love working with all ages, and my clients have been highly motivated toward positive change and responsive to the trusting counselor-client relationship that I am able to build with them. My unconditional positive regard, genuine caring and empathy are the key components of any technique, and kindness and an ability to truly help others is my gift to share.
