I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified in Texas. I have over 14 years of experience in working in the mental health field. I have worked in a culturally diverse client population who have presented with a variety of issues, mental illness, and career challenges. I have helped active duty military and veterans, as well as trauma-related issues.

My counseling style is one of non-judgmental and genuineness. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is humanistic with the ability to integrate other interventions and techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused to help meet your unique and specific needs. I understand one size does not fit all.
