Hello my friend!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 3 years experience. I enjoy working with individuals and families helping them to navigate through their presenting issues: anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, relationship, and communication issues.

I treat everyone with respect and dignity. My clients are supported by positive communication, as the therapeutic relationship is being established. I help my clients to process their experiences, and learn healthy coping skills to meet the challenges they are encountering. I also help my client to establish healthy boundaries within their multifaceted lives and relationships. I also work with individuals and families who have survived domestic abuse.

I work to ensure that the sessions are individualized to fit the specific needs of the client. I am available for online sessions with individuals in the state of Texas. I graduated from Lamar University of Beaumont, Texas. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, #81705 in the State of Texas.
