There is so much power, and strength in one's voice, and I am here to listen. Imagine being able to release the burden that you have been carrying for years. My goal is to empower those who are struggling with diagnoses such as (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, and PTSD, find effective coping strategies. It is important for me to hear your story, and encourage you to uncover your greatest potential. My passion is to help you to identify your obstacles, while empowering you to find healthy ways to address them. I provide evidence-based therapy, such as Cognitive-Behavoiral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, in order to help one reach their desired goals. I also provide Christian/faith-based Counseling!
