I am licensed in Illinois with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & depression. I work with clients to identify what negative thoughts are rooted that cause a negative self-view. I provide an open and safe environment where you can be open about anything without fear of judgment. It takes a lot to reach out to someone for therapy especially if it's your first time. Feel free to come to me with any questions prior to starting services and I will be happy to answer them. I also offer sessions in Spanish or Español.
