I applaud your strength for making it this far. It’s not an easy process, and I’m truly sorry for that. I am a mindfulness based therapist. This means I try to utilize grounding techniques rooted in meditation and mindfulness, and build off of these into the more standard treatments most therapists will use. Either thinking about thoughts with exercises to alter them, or techniques to help you accept yourself. I specialize in helping people with phobias, anxiety/depression, and excoriation disorder (Skin picking). My other strengths include. helping to find their own strengths. The best outcomes depend on how well the Therapist and patient harmonize (or vibe). So if anything here stuck out to you, it’s possible that I can help guide you to yourself.
