Experiencing difficulties and overcoming challenges sometimes becomes overwhelming-and at times a helping hand is instrumental to serve as a guide or support during troubling times. As a bilingual therapist, I offer counseling services to Spanish, English and bilingual speakers for children, adults and families to support you or your loved one(s) with stressors and difficulties in life as well as the listed mental health issues identified. Other onsite services-ADHD, testing and osteopathic interventions.
As a bilingual therapist, counseling services are tailored for children, adults and families based on preferred language (Spanish, English or both). Specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral issues in the home and/or school. Also specialize in working with children and youth who have experienced trauma/CPS/DFPS involvement.
As a Hispanic/Latino counselor, I practice from a non-judgemental, culturally sensitive and empathic perspective. There are cultural factors and components sometimes beyond our control and sometimes we need alternative coping skills and guidance in managing a new path in life to move on and move forward.
