About
I have over 20 years of experience treating adults, adolescents and seniors. My clients had a wide range of clinically diagnosed conditions and these include: depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse, ADHD, trauma, and major mental illness. I use a variety of methods but primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which will focus on your current challenges and help you develop more positive and successful resolution strategies. What your first meeting with me will look like: I’ll get to know you, identify your challenges and strengths, and we will agree on the areas you most want to focus. Together, we will set goals to help you manage the challenges you are facing. My therapy is focused on your current issues, developing skills and making better choices while exploring thought processes and emotional reactions that are not meeting your needs. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you to create the life you want and deserve.
