Welcome! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) and a board certified coach. I have a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where I also received an MBA from the Wharton School. My approach is holistic and humanistic, which can be defined as helping the client develop or recover a stronger, healthier sense of self, to access and understand feelings, and to gain a sense of purpose. I am trained in person-centered, strength-based and future-oriented, presence-based practices. I also have training in cognitive behavioral techniques, used to examine and challenge thought patterns and solution-focused strategies to develop and achieve personal goals. As a coach, I have studied mindfulness-based practices to increase self-awareness and to build resiliency through focus on the here and now.

I work with clients who struggle with transitions, anxieties, self-esteem, career and academic issues, parenting, and relationship/family concerns. I have worked with adults, parents, children, teens, and college students. I have also coached executives and those determining career choices and changes. I believe in the inherent dignity of all people, and I am committed to equality and integrity. I take a holistic, mindful approach to wellness and psychotherapy to support and empower you to create the positive changes you are looking for in life. I look forward to working with you!
