I believe in building a trusting relationship that will allow clients to share their needs, express their feelings and thoughts. Through a collaborative process, we will work together to achieve your goals. My focus is on helping clients improve, find new meaning and increase their coping skills to be able to handle the different stressors and challenges life brings us.
I am psychodynamically trained therapist with over 30 years of experience. I use a variety of therapeutic strategies depending on the need of the client, that draw from CBT, Mindfulness, Relational therapy, Family systems and Strength based.
