Do you find yourself overthinking, over-reacting, procrastinating and or second guessing yourself? Has your inner critic taken control of your thought patterns, making it difficult for you to live your very best life? My name is Marsha Richards and as a therapist, my objective is to assist with re-aligning you with your strengths and power. Beginning therapy means different things to different people, but it is often an action of courage, hope, self-care, and self-determination. I also have years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorders. I incorporate a holistic approach while utilizing DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques.
