About

I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in my profession. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, of varying ages, who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, abuse/neglect.

I approach my work with empathy, openness, and understanding. Life is difficult and full of challenges. I believe in the power of healing, and how transformative it can be. I utilize therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and supportive psychotherapy, to help my clients learn strategies for coping with the stressors of life. To help you gain a sense of focus and balance in life. I will listen to your concerns, and help you set goals to achieving them. It is my aim to be a source of support to you as you work towards addressing living a healthier, happier life.

I am available Monday-Wednesday, 10am-6pm. I will respond to calls and messages between those hours.
