About
I practice from a Strengths-Based, Person-Centered and Integrative model utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you achieve your goals. Our childhood experiences have a major impact on the way we see life as adults and ultimately our current positive and/or maladaptive behaviors can sometimes be tied back to experiences from childhood or incidents from adulthood. When clients desire, I enjoy using Psychodynamic Therapy to help them make connections between their childhood and present reality. I personally enjoy spending time with friends and family, practicing the skills I teach others, traveling and tapping into my creative side to create multiple streams of income.
