Marlo Sell is a therapist in North and South Carolina. She provides holistic therapeutic services to clients in their late teens through adulthood. Marlo enjoys working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, work/life balance, life transitions, relationship issues/boundaries, self-love/esteem issues, self-harm, and those who want to build a better life and future for themselves. Marlo’s treatment approach involves changing thoughts,behaviors, and emotions, as well as working on areas such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Marlo adds in different holistic approaches to therapy such as mediation, EFT, breathwork, shadow work, and self-care.
