I am licensed in New York with 4 years of providing therapy to a diverse population. I primarily work with women experiencing depressive symptoms, anxiety, and a history of past/present traumatic events that are causing disruptions to the client's day to day life and their relationships. I strive to create a safe, warm, genuine and non-judgmental therapeutic space in order to build a strong collaborative relationship and explore your areas for growth. I utilize CBT, Psychodynamic, and Trauma-informed psychotherapies to provide clients with different tools to begin improving their circumstances.
