I have been working in this field for over five years . I have experience working with the Hispanic community. Trainings include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused CBT (TFCBT), and Cooperative Parenting. I have experience in helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming, relationship counseling and parenting. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals and provide a safe environment where you will find empathy, understanding, resources and guidance.
