I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 9 years of professional experience working with individuals, couples and families. I graduated from Princeton University with a major in Psychology and also graduated from Liberty University where I studied Professional Counseling. Counseling is provided with complete confidentiality, respect, and non-judgment. I work with clients to help them gain practical insights into their current situation and to develop solutions. Using an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, individuals are helped on their personal journey of change, growth and self-discovery. Clinical specialties include: Depression and Anxiety (low self-esteem, hopelessness, stress), Grief and Loss, Career Transitions, Couples Counseling, Divorce, Codependency, and Compassion Fatigue .
