I am a counselor with 20 years of experience, both paid and pro bono. I have experience with all age groups, individual and group counseling. I have worked to help those with many different issues including, but not limited to, relationship issues and conflict resolution, decision making, boundary setting, ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, loneliness, lack of purpose and finding purpose, addiction issues, family conflict, couples counseling, and parenting issues.
My primary manner of counseling is that of providing a very safe and warm place for you to process and find solutions to your problems. I will never tell you what to do, but will ask questions to help you to think about your goals and how to practically reach them. Please come ready to work! I require a counseling relationship based on truth and mutual respect. I view you as made by God and extremely important.
