As a therapist, I hope to provide you with a space where you can confront barriers, establish boundaries, and challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck.I am a trauma-informed therapist who utilizes primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused interventions to support the individuals I work with toward achieving their goals. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, which has been very impactful in treating both veteran and civilian populations. The majority of my work has been centered around providing a healing and nurturing environment for people who have been plagued by intergenerational traumas and adverse early life experiences.
