I have had the opportunity to work in the mental health and substance abuse field for the last 30 years. I have worked in all settings in the mental health field. Through these experiences, I have developed my skills to address some of the most complex cases of trauma and co-occurring mental health issues. This has given me the knowledge and experience to help better those suffering from trauma and co-occurring mental health issues. My specialty is trauma and dual diagnosis treatment. I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker for the Military, receiving my Supervision from an Army Colonel and in a Specialty Trauma Practice for severe trauma serving Clients across the USA. Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a federally recognized evidence-based treatment model for trauma. After several years in Mental Health, I realized that trauma and dual diagnosis treatment was my calling. I'm looking to help those suffering from trauma and dual diagnosis and wanting a healthy way out. I look forward to being your ally in healing.
