I have a sincere passion for helping and serving others. As a practice focused on helping adults and teens face the challenges of today, I can assist in navigating an array of concerns including anxiety, depression, marriage, parenting, and work stress. I look forward to working with you to help identify the repetitive stresses that are clouding your way. Then to explore and plot a route that will allow you to move forward to the man/woman, father/mother, son/daughter, friend, and leader you are capable of becoming and called to be.

I understand that what brought you to this point did not happen overnight and as such will not change in the blink of an eye. But using proven, evidenced based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems I work alongside you to lift the fog and see the path to your destination more clearly.
