I am licensed in New York with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & depression. I also have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and was a mentor for international students at the University at Buffalo.
