Hello there! My name is Mark. I am an LCSW with over 10 years of social work experience with all age populations with a background in emergency management settings & outpatient counseling settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, relationship issues, career stress, medical problems, and LGBTQIA related issues.

I am trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT) and my counseling style is holistic in nature. We are all on a journey and in a constant state of transformation. Every day our choices lead to both negative and positive consequences that drastically shape our lives. I believe in respecting all people of all different cultural backgrounds and belief/ value systems. Drawing upon one's interpretation of life to make meaning and applying coping skills is paramount to healthy outcomes.
