I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist that has been in practice 8 years. I enjoy working with clients that have a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, difficulty with life changes, relationship difficulties, family concerns, ADHD, and career concerns. I am certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator consultant. I am also certified as a ScreamFree Parenting professional consultant. I have sought specialized training to help children and adolescents process through anxiety and depression.

I would describe my counseling style to be client focused, empathy focused, focused on assisting self-discovery. I find Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Structural Therapy to be some of the theories that I use to help clients quite often. However, I use the client focused empathy to receive direction from my clients when forming a treatment plan.
