I am a nationally certified licensed professional counselor with a Master’s degree from Oakland University. My experience is providing adults with therapeutic services that address a wide range of mental health opportunities, with the goal of the individual safely breaking down the barriers that limit one’s enjoyment of life. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy incorporating a straightforward, person centered approach. I can meet you where you are at using different methods to do so. The most important person in therapy is you, so we will work together to develop the best treatment approach.
