Sometimes in life we encounter challenges we did not expect and need help finding our way forward. I want to provide you with a warm, nonjudgmental approach that imparts a sense of hope and a belief that things can change for the better in your life. I am a licensed mental health counselor with nearly 20 years of experience. My treatment approach tends to be cognitive-behavioral in nature which focuses on the impact our thoughts, perceptions, and beliefs can have on our emotions.
