Great to meet you! Are you ready to live better? If you struggle with anxiety, anger, stress, depression, grief, or have experienced trauma, I can help. I am a psychotherapist with experience helping individuals and families as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I honor and embrace diversity in sexuality and gender. I completed a MSSA degree through Case Western University and have undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University. A bit about my approach to therapy My counseling approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. I integrate mindfulness into my practice. Your mental health needs and empowerment are important to me and will be met with effective care. What you can expect from our first session I look at therapy as a journey. You and I will work collaboratively in exploring your life experiences, thoughts, and emotions and will ultimately find a pathway allowing you to reach your full potential.
