I am licensed in Illinois with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I work mainly with adult individual and couples in my practice from young adulthood age 18 and reaching to elderly persons up to 80 years of age. I have much psychodynamic individual training and couples training with IMAGO Relationship Treatment and Emotionally Fouced Therapy as well. I integrate spirituality and mindfulness if a person so deires these to be part of their therapy. I join each person on their unique individual journey and life experience in all aspects of their past and current life.
