Welcome, I would love to get to know you and work with you on your journey to improving your life! I have 10 years experience in the mental health field and 8 years experience counseling. My demeanor is calming and relaxing, and I work hard to meet everyone where they are at and support them the best I can to overcome obstacles that may be keeping them from reaching their fullest potential. I have experience working with children and adults both individually and as a family as well. I have helped individuals and families with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family conflict, and relationship conflict among other things.
Therapy can be difficult to start and I encourage feedback to strengthen communication for the very best therapy experience possible. It is crucial to not feel judged or ashamed during therapy. I provide a warm and supportive environment to help people feel at ease and comfortable with sharing their story.
