Hello,
My name is Marjola Como and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been working in the mental health field for the last 10 years providing individual counseling to adults, adolescents and children. I have worked in community centers as well as inpatient psychiatric hospitals. I have the most experience dealing with clinical depression, anxiety/ panic disorder and adjustment disorders. I believe that EVERYONE needs some help and guidance during their lives at one point or another.

I follow the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in my therapy (CBT) sessions. CBT is an evidence based therapy and there have been many studies highlighting the efficacy of this approach. You can find much research on this modality on internet if you are interested in seeking our more information. I would also be happy to answer any specific questions about this approach during our sessions. I strongly believe that the most powerful tool in counseling is a strong, therapeutic rapport with my client and that an individualized approach, along with respect and empathy, are the foundations of building a solid therapeutic relationship. My sessions will always be conducted in a safe, organized and therapeutic environment.

Life can get very stressful and erratic. We all deal with losses of our loved ones, financial difficulties, relationship troubles, chaotic family dynamics and stressful jobs.
