I believe therapy is a personal journey to acceptance, wellness, and desired growth while reaching a higher level of living rather than existing. As a Master's level Mental Health therapist and Clinical Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor I use various treatment modalities to invoke change and effective therapeutic outcomes in the lives I serve otherwise known as Integrative Life and Health Solutions. I am licensed/certified in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy, Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Biofeedback, EMDR, and most currently I am completing my Life and Health Coach Certification.

Over the years I have worked with Multi-Cultural populations and offer nonjudgmental treatment in a safe space. You are the expert of your own life and I offer guidance, coaching, support, and tools to assist you in reaching your planned therapy goals thus creating a collaborative life changing experience. My theoretical orientation is tailor made to fit specific patient/client presenting problem(s) and needs. I offer confidential counseling for a broad range of presenting needs and have sincere respect when individuals, couples, and families take the first step to seek help. Helping you find solutions to your challenges is my genuine passion. I believe in people and the resiliency each person can find within. My greatest reward is seeing people find peace, achieve goals, and live their best life!
