As a strength-based counselor, I will help you discover and utilize your strengths and self-compassion to bring about meaningful and lasting change. We work together as a team to create attainable goals and structured plans to foster new healthy habits. I offer a genuine, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where we can focus on the whole person within all aspects of life. I specialize in children, teens, adults, couples, families, separation and divorce, chronic illness, blended families, and substance abuse. I am available Thursdays from 7:30am-5:30pm for 45 or 60 minute live video sessions.
