About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor educated and trained at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I have worked in a variety of settings with people healing from many different concerns. For example I worked in an eating disorder clinic, a college counseling center, a women's addiction recovery program, and an outpatient mental health and addiction clinic. I specialize in helping people connect with their own healing capacity so they can thrive in their lives. My style is warm, non-judgmental, compassionate, and curious. I always seek to understand the root of suffering and provide a safe space for clients to be heard and validated in their lived experiences.
