As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am trained in numerous evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Systems Therapy. I have over 7 years of experience providing individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. What is your approach to therapy? Therapy works best as a collaborative process. I will work with you to identify symptoms you may be struggling with and we will work as a team to develop a treatment plan to meet your personal goals. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you are in the driver's seat of your treatment. If you find yourself struggling to manage day-to-day life stressors, or struggle with mental health symptoms that you are interested in learning how to reduce and/or better manage, this is the place for you!
