In my practice, I hope to create a welcoming environment where you feel that you can open up about what you're experiencing and know that you're not alone. My focus is on providing a supportive, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space for you to share your experiences and to help you navigate through some more difficult times in life.

I graduated from Florida State University with a Master's in Social Work in 2013. My areas of interest are helping those who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, trauma/violence, and relationship concerns. My approach combines strengths therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy to help each person reach their goals.

Choosing a therapist is like any other relationship and you should work with someone who meets your needs. I always encourage clients to find the right fit in therapy. I hope that I can help you on your current journey.
