I believe that everybody possess the skills to change, live authentically, and become the person they want to be. It is my goal to partner alongside individuals and help empower them to reach their goal of becoming their most authentic selves. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate environment to my clients. I am challenging, yet supportive. I have extensive experience with a variety of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, attachment issues, personality disorders, psychosis, and relational issues. I use an eclectic variety of different therapeutic approaches based on the individual needs of my clients. The whole process of therapy may seem scary or daunting, but I am here to assist guiding you on that journey.
