Hi! I'm Marissa Friedberg, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional in New York. I work with children, teenagers, and adults and help them overcome feelings of anxiety and depression. I believe in a client-centered approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management and anxiety reduction techniques.
