About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. My work in the past includes school based programs as well as a residential treatment program specializing in homelessness with women and children, assisting them to flourish emotionally and academically. My clinical experience has had an emphasis working with young adolescents and teens, but is also well versed working with both adults and the family as a whole. Much of my work has surrounded clients struggling with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, poor self-regulation, and difficulty with interpersonal conflicts. Most of my training comes from a Family Systems view following an evidence based treatment modality that works well with each individual. I utilize an individualized approach working with each individual to personalize therapy to their strengths and needs, acknowledging that every path to emotional wellness is unique to the individual.

I graduated from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology Program in 2018 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. My youthful spirit and non-judgemental demeanor facilitate towards a meaningful connection with each person I work with. I am passionate about creating a happy, caring, understanding environment.
