I am licensed in California with 5 years of professional counseling experience, and an additional 5 years of non-profit trauma work before becoming a therapist. I am certified in trauma-focused CBT, and am flexible in my therapeutic approach to address your specific needs. I am able to help guide clients with managing stress and anxiety, address LGBTQIA+-related issues, heal from trauma and abuse, & increase confidence in parenting skills. While I specialize in providing services to youth and adolescents, I have extensive experience in providing services to adults.
