You know, life is hard and we don't always get rainbows and unicorns. All of us go through times of disappointment, rejection, sorrow, and loss. We may experience times when we wonder if things will ever get better. I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years and have worked with people from all walks of life, struggling with issues, such as stress related to life transitions, mood disorders, trauma, and relational issues. It has been a privilege to see many individuals grow and change as they face their obstacles, wounds, feelings, and trauma to move toward a new path of healing and life satisfaction. Today our lives can be somewhat isolated, but I want you to know you are not alone or unseen. I am a woman of faith and respect every person I counsel, regardless of their faith, gender, race, or identification. My goal is to provide you with safe, nonjudgmental, empathetic sessions to help you make progress toward your goals. On your counseling journey, I hope to help you discover that choosing to change the way you think can help change the way you feel. Again, life is hard, but it can still be beautiful.
